Operation Hours
Thai Herbal Retreat Spa opens daily from 10.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. Last treatment starts at 6.00 p.m.
Reservation
To avoid disappointment, kindly book all spa treatments and services in advance. Treatment may be purchased individually or as a package.
Credit card number is required at time of booking to secure an appointment.
Arrival
Please check in at the spa reception at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. You will have sufficient time to wash and prepare yourself for the treatment. We regret that late arrivals will be subject to reduced treatment time.
Preparation
If you wear contact lenses, please remove them before a facial treatment. To enjoy the treatments, Please do not bring valuables to the Spa as we do not accept liability for the loss,damage or theft of personal items. Please ensure you retrieve all your belongings before leaving the premises. The management of Thai Herbal Retreat accepts no responsibility for the safety of money and valuables that are kept on the spa premises.
Etiquette
To maintain the peaceful sanctuary of the spa, we request that all visitors to the spa keep their conversation level down to a minimum.
All mobile phones, pagers and electronic devices must be placed on silent or vibration mode. Smoking and consumption of alcohol with the spa is prohibited.
Payment Policy
Thai Herbal Retreat accepts cash and all major credit and debit cards.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel an appointment we ask that you let us know within the specified times below to prevent any sharges being applied.
To cancel a treatment:
We are require a minimum of 24 hours notice otherwise 50% of the treatment cast will be charged. To cancel a group booking we require a 7 day notice, as the same charge would apply.
NON- ARRIVAL
If you simply do not arrive for your appointment, without letting us know the full treatment cost will be charged.
Guidelines for you safety & wellbeing
On arrival at the Spa you will be asked to complete a confidential health questionnaire. Symptoms or medical conditions that may deem you unsuitable to use the Spa or to proceed with certain spa treatment.
Medical Considerations
Spa facilities, treatment and services that involve heat therapies are not advised for guests who:
·Are pregnant
·Have high or low blood pressure
·Have a heart condition
·Have breathing difficulties
·Have a service case varicose of broken veins and capillaries.
Kindly consult your physician before using any of the spa facilities, treatments and services.
Refund Policy
Treatment packages, course, products and memberships are not refundable, transferable or exchangeable.
